The apartment is close to the town's sandy beaches: Calanca, Lentiscelle, and Marina delle Barche.
Free parking spaces: one available on the property, two spaces approximately 500 meters away, or approximately 800 meters away at the Lentiscelle beach parking lot.

- Tourist tax: €1 per night to be paid on site. Children under 10 are exempt, as are disabled guests.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Discounts for children apply only if they share an apartment with their parents.
- A 30% deposit of the total is required to confirm your reservation.
